Hey everybody, after a super long day, we have officially launched our new health and fitness site, Home Made Fitness! I know I’ve been a little quiet over here the past few days, but I’m back! If you are interested in getting into the best shape of your life, Home Made Fitness is for you. It’s still got a little more construction to get done, but the basics are in place.

I am definately not what you would call a “car care expert.” I know that when my key goes in the ignition, and I turn it, some kind of magic happens and away I go. In the year 2000 when I graduated high school, there were 4 “reality” TV shows on the air. They all sucked equally, and they were easy to avoid. Today, ten years later, there are over 300 (320 was the most exact figure I could find). They suck in varying degrees now, and they are seemingly as prevelent as the air we breathe.
